OMG!!! Life has been absolute out of control busy. I feel like everything is all over the place and I've just got a grasp of every little piece. My goals have been the same lately. - Promoting My business venture The Phoenix Complex - Promoting the Young Artist Series that starts this June. ( shameless plug: If you have children these events are for you. If you want to just come out and have fun, please come. If you want to volunteer, there is definitely opportunity for it. ) After that webinar with the amazing Michelle Gomez I got to speak with her a little bit about my business and she has given me so much life. If I had the extra capital to invest into her i would do it no doubt. I have not stepped away, but have put the promotion of my event planning business to the back for the moment. I do receive consistent clients so I don't want to so much focus on building that up as much as I do The Phoenix Complex. I have so many ideas for it and Michelle has helped me guide my brain in the right direction. I want to scream to the roof top Thank you BLACK GIRLS CREATE for that webinar. I wish I could have made it to the cocktail event, I've been working on this music festival that has consumed my 15% of free time that I have. lol I say all of that to remind myself that as a business woman, life is on go, and I am grateful for all the opportunities that have been placed in my life. Ok done with my rant. lol :)

@Manda Northern lol its something I made up. I literally saw a whole bunch of 30 day challenges and mixed them up to best fit my needs.

3/31/19 - I have a few goals for the week. lol - My first goal is to start my self- improvement 30 day challenge. I begin my morning routine tomorrow and will do it for 30 days. and each week add something new that will help me with self improvement. - Second goal is to promote my project The Phoenix Complex and gain more followers to the page. - Third goal is to drink more water. lol This may be a silly goal but i told myself i needed to drink more water for my help so i have to set it as a goal. That's about it for the week. I will definitely check in Saturday to let you all know how this goes. Wish me luck.

WElcome @Sarena Heyward This organization is something that is by far one in a million. Your able to connect with woman who are both like minded and business savvy in many way!! I would say, enjoy this experience and grow with it. I definitely have. :)

3/14/19- Thursday are going to be my beginning of the week. lol I have a lot more free time on Thursday's then any other day. My goal this week is to present The Phoenix Complex to the world. This is a project that me and my family have developed. The goal of it is to turn into a non profit organization by the end of the year. This week goal is to gain as many followers as possible to the facebook page and the instagram page. This project is like my baby. I see it going far, and at the end of the day the thing I leave corporate america to run. I should probably tell you all what TPC is. :) The Phoenix Complex ( TPC ) is for young artist to embrace and develop their talents for free. This year we will hold a young artist series that will provide free class on different aspect of art from June -December. I'll provide you all with more details to come as they launch. If you have young artist ages 10-21 this is for them. :)

@Manda Northern it was definitely an interesting week. I learned that I discredit myself a lot when I should be happy to share with others that “ yay I do that, here’s my work.” im going to continue with this goal as a constant goal of mine. But I’ve definitely set a goal for this week.

3/1/19- My Goal for this week is to tell everyone I come in contact with about my website. I have had no problem with talking to people, but telling people about my dreams and goals has always been a hard one for me. I need to start embracing myself for who I am. I'm more than just a project manager. So my other goal is to start introducing myself as an Event Coordinator and a Creative Director.

There can be like a topic for the week that we can focus on for example: Financial tips for woman in business and personal life. ( sites, people who we can contact etc. ) Relationship Education ( work, personal, how to generate them) Mental Health strategies ( stress relief activities, getting help if needed, understanding your stress)
